This dining set was designed as a study in restraint. The goal wasn’t ornamentation, but proportion, joinery, and material honesty. Every curve, taper, and transition exists to support the whole rather than call attention to itself.

The table anchors the set with a solid walnut top and trestle base, offering visual weight without bulk. Subtle chamfers soften the edges, while exposed joinery hints at how the piece is held together rather than hiding it.

The chairs echo that same language. Butternut frames keep them visually light, while walnut splines and back details tie them to the table. Together, the set balances warmth and structure, designed for daily use and long conversations rather than careful admiration.
